Legendary New York hot dog staple Papaya King is set to open its Los Angeles location within the next few months on Hollywood Blvd. and Wilcox Avenue. In anticipation of their grand opening, in perfect LA style, they set up a Papaya King Truck to make surprise stops around the city to serve up FREE hot dogs.
